This program is designed for women who are new to mountain biking, returning after time away, or who have been riding trails without learning the foundational skills that make riding feel safe and fun. It’s the perfect place to build confidence from the ground up. Participants will learn essential mountain biking skills including body position, braking, cornering, and understanding trail features, all taught in a fun, supportive women-only environment. Coaching focuses on progression at a comfortable pace, helping riders feel more in control, capable, and excited to get out on the trails.
