About the Camp

Nine years of experience, back in Kelowna.

The same girls-only adventure format that has run in Vernon for years made its Kelowna debut in 2026, and it's returning again for 2027. Nine years of experience behind it, and another summer of exploring the Okanagan ahead.

Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan offers an incredible setting — lakes, forests, trails, and open outdoor spaces that are perfect for a girls adventure camp that takes kids somewhere new every single day.

What age is Girls Adventure Camp Kelowna for?

Camp is designed for girls ages 9–13 in the Kelowna and Okanagan area. Whether she's brand new to the outdoors or already has some experience, she belongs here.

Does my daughter need mountain biking experience?

She needs to be able to ride a two-wheeled bike independently — but beyond that, no experience needed. This is not a learn-to-ride program. Our coaches are experienced at meeting every rider where she's at and building from there.

Where exactly is camp located in Kelowna?

A new Kelowna location every day — that's part of what makes it special. In past seasons camp has visited spots like Mission Creek Bike Skills Park, Helen's Farm, Crawford Trails (Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park), and Rotary Beach on Okanagan Lake. The exact 2027 lineup is still being finalized, and full drop-off and pick-up details are sent to families ahead of camp.

Is this a day camp or overnight camp?

Girls Adventure Camp Kelowna is a four-day day camp. Girls are dropped off and picked up daily — no overnight stay required. 2027 dates are coming soon.

What makes this a girls-only camp?

Girls thrive in single-gender learning environments — they take more risks, ask more questions, and support each other more freely. We've seen it firsthand across our programs for nearly a decade. Every coach and facilitator at camp is female, and the entire program is designed with girls' development in mind.

What does my daughter need to bring to Kelowna girls camp?

A backpack, water bottle, packed lunch and snacks each day, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, and closed-toe shoes. On biking days she'll need her own bike and helmet. A full packing list will be sent to all registered families ahead of camp.

What if my daughter doesn't have a bike or helmet?

Ideally girls bring their own gear. If that's a barrier, email us at info@adventuringintolife.ca before registering and we'll see what we can work out.

How much does Kelowna girls camp cost and what's included?

Camp registration is estimated at CA$410 per girl for 2027, covering all four days of programming. Bikes, helmets, and packed lunches are not included. Final pricing will be confirmed when registration opens, and a full gear list will be sent ahead of camp.
