Event Cancellation Policies

If you need to make changes to your registration, the sooner you contact us the better! This allows us more time to fill your spot.

**If we are able to transfer your spot to someone else, you will be eligible for either a 75% refund or a 90% clinic credit. Provided we can fill your spot, you will be eligible for a refund or credit regardless of how many days until the clinic.

Otherwise, we use use the following guidelines to calculate your refund:

Clinics/Camps

Days to Clinic —> Refund -or —> Future Clinic Credit

• More Than 25 Days—> 70% of Clinic Price -or—> 100% of Clinic Price

• 11-25 Days —> 50% of Clinic Price -or—> 75% of Clinic Price

• 10 Days or Less —> No Refunds -or—> 25% of Clinic Price

Retreats

Days to Retreat —> Refund -or—> Future Camp Credit

• More Than 60 Days —> All but set Cancellation Fee -or—> 100% of Camp Price

• 30-60 Days —> 25% of Camp Price -or—>75% of Camp Price

• 29 Days or Less —> No Refunds -or—> 25% of Camp Price

Weather

Weather is out of our control, but we will always do our best to work with it. For the most part, we ride rains or shine! In the event of inclement weather we will first try and adapt the plan to run regardless, if that is not possible we will reschedule your event (season dependent). If we are unable to reschedule due to time restraints we will offer a partial credit.
