Women’s Bike Programs in Grande Prairie
Women's mountain biking in Grande Prairie is growing, and Adventuring Into Life is here to help you be part of it. Our women's mountain bike clinics are designed for riders of all experience levels, whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills on more technical terrain. With a supportive, women-only environment and coaching that meets you exactly where you are, these clinics are less about keeping up and more about riding your own ride. Grande Prairie has incredible trail potential, and we're passionate about connecting more women to it. This program is designed for women who are new to mountain biking, returning after time away, or who have been riding trails without learning the foundational skills that make riding feel safe and fun. It’s the perfect place to build confidence from the ground up. Participants will learn essential mountain biking skills including body position, braking, cornering, and understanding trail features, all taught in a fun, supportive women-only environment. Coaching focuses on progression at a comfortable pace, helping riders feel more in control, capable, and excited to get out on the trails.

This program is for women who are comfortable riding trails and ready to continue building their skills and confidence. Riders will work on more advanced techniques, explore different trail features, and be supported as they begin to push their riding in a safe and encouraging environment. Participants will learn skills such as rolls and drops, small jumps, improved cornering and braking, and reading the trail, with coaching tailored to each rider’s comfort level and goals. This women-only program offers a supportive space to challenge yourself, grow your skills, and enjoy riding with others who share a love for mountain biking.
