Ladies Day Ride Retreat
April 25 | 9am – 3pm | Dufferin Skills Park | Beginner
Spend a full day on the bike with a great group of women and leave feeling more confident, more capable, and ready for the season ahead.
This retreat is designed for beginner riders who want to build a stronger foundation and actually feel it click on the trails. We'll spend the morning working through fundamental mountain bike skills in a supportive, no-pressure environment, then take those skills out onto the trails in the afternoon, putting it all together where it counts.
Whether you're shaking off the winter rust or looking to level up your technique, this is your day. Expect good coaching, good company, and a healthy freshly made lunch to fuel you through it all.

Single Session Clinics
This women-only clinic is designed to help riders break down cornering techniques and build confidence on the trails. Whether corners feel intimidating or you’re looking to refine your skills, this session focuses on clear instruction and practical application. Participants will work on body position, bike setup, and technique to improve control and flow through corners. With supportive coaching and plenty of practice, riders will leave feeling more confident, capable, and comfortable carrying their skills onto the trail.

This women-only clinic is designed for riders who want to build confidence approaching jumps and drops in a supportive and encouraging environment. The focus is on understanding technique, timing, and body position to ride features safely and with control. Participants will break down the fundamentals of jumping and dropping, practice progressive features, and learn how to assess trails and features before riding them. With step-by-step coaching and skill-appropriate progression, riders will gain confidence and tools they can carry into their regular trail riding.

Women in the Wild is a 4-hour outdoor experience for women who want to feel more at home in the wild. Set at Isobel Lake, the day begins with a guided hike before participants learn to build and light a fire from scratch, cook a real lunch over the flames, and try their hand at knot tying. No experience is needed and all skill levels are welcome. This women-only program offers a grounded, welcoming space to learn practical outdoor skills, connect with nature, and spend a Saturday doing something that genuinely fills you up.
