Kamloops Spring Women’s Programs
This 2-hour introductory clinic is perfect for women who are new to mountain biking, returning after time away, or curious about learning the basics in a supportive setting. It’s a great way to try mountain biking or build confidence before committing to a multi-week program. Participants will be introduced to foundational skills including body position, steering, cornering, climbing, and descending, with coaching focused on safety, comfort, and fun. This women-only clinic offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and get a feel for whether mountain biking is something you’d like to continue pursuing.

This women-only clinic is designed for riders who want to build confidence approaching jumps and drops in a supportive and encouraging environment. The focus is on understanding technique, timing, and body position to ride features safely and with control. Participants will break down the fundamentals of jumping and dropping, practice progressive features, and learn how to assess trails and features before riding them. With step-by-step coaching and skill-appropriate progression, riders will gain confidence and tools they can carry into their regular trail riding.
