Four days of riding, exploring, and growing — in a space built entirely for girls. No comparisons. No holding back. Just the trail, the team, and you.
Girls learn differently when they're not performing for anyone. They ask the questions they'd normally swallow. They try things they'd normally talk themselves out of. They cheer for each other without a second thought.
Every drill, every drop, every time she pushes through something hard — she's building a relationship with her own capability. That's the real work. The outdoors is just the vehicle.
We build culture intentionally. From the first morning to the last high-five, every girl knows she's meant to be here — exactly as she is, exactly where she's at.
Our coaches aren't just technically skilled — they understand the emotional landscape of being a girl learning something new. That awareness changes everything.
The friendships formed in a girls-only space are different. There's a shared language that goes home with them — and often, a lifelong love of being outdoors.
We've been building girls-only programs for nearly a decade. We've watched quiet girls become leaders, and unsure riders become people who trust themselves on and off the bike.Andrea — Founder, Adventuring Into Life
Adventuring Into Life has been running girls-only programs across Western Canada for years. We've refined what works: skilled female coaches, intentional culture-building, and experiences that ask a little more than girls think they can give.
Every day is designed to balance challenge and celebration — because the goal isn't just to have fun, it's to go home feeling like someone different.

We've been running girls-only camps and programs long enough to know what works: skilled coaches, intentional community, and experiences that ask more of girls than they thought they could give.
We're thrilled to be bringing that to Cranbrook and the East Kootenay for the first time.

Where exactly is camp located in Cranbrook, BC?
Camp is based out of the College of the Rockies campus in Cranbrook, BC. Each day we head out into the broader Cranbrook area — including the Cranbrook Community Forest trail network and other East Kootenay locations — depending on the day's activities.
Is this a day camp or overnight camp?
Girls Adventure Camp Cranbrook is a day camp running 9:00am to 3:30pm each day, August 18–21, 2026. Girls are dropped off and picked up daily — no overnight stay required.
What makes this a girls-only camp?
Research consistently shows that girls thrive in single-gender learning environments — they take more risks, ask more questions, and support each other more freely. We've seen it firsthand across our programs for nearly a decade. Every coach, counsellor, and facilitator at camp is female, and the entire program is designed with girls' development in mind.
What do girls need to bring to camp?
Girls should come dressed and packed for an active day outdoors. Every day is a little different, so layers are key — BC weather can shift quickly. Here's the general list to start with: a backpack, water bottle, packed lunch and snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, and closed-toe shoes. Depending on the day's activities, there may be additional gear needed — a full packing list will be sent to all registered families ahead of camp so no one shows up unprepared.
