Whether it's cornering technique, fire-starting, or navigating a new trail, what participants learn with us follows them home. These are skills that build confidence for life.
Ask any returning family or woman on retreat, it's the people. We build programs that create genuine connection. Many of our participants have been with us for years.

Reserve Wild & Slow Reserve Wild Terrain"I have never heard her use the words bike and fun in the same sentence, so thank you, that is definitely progress."— Joslynn, AIL parent
The women's retreat in Valemount was fantastic. I gained so much more confidence on my bike and can have way more fun on it now. The instruction was great, but the best part was the people, guides and participants alike. I can't wait to see everyone again next year.
Valemount MTB RetreatM— has never been more confident on her bike than she is now, especially on hills. She's taken a few falls and just gets up and keeps riding.
Youth Bike ProgramHighly recommend! My son has done multiple programs this year. Lots of outside time, learning, hiking, skills. I can't recommend it enough!
AIL Youth ProgramsAmazing confidence-building experiences for girls. I appreciate they recognize the need for girls-only activities with women coaches, so inspiring!
