- You enjoy working with kids and love riding
- Lead coaches hold first aid, and lead mountain bike coaches hold PMBIA or GSMBC Level 1 at minimum
- Assistant coach roles don't need certifications

Program Manager
Year-round leadership role
We're looking for an organized, enthusiastic, people-focused Program Manager to help lead our growing outdoor adventure and education programs. You'll be the main point of contact for our coaches and families across our camps, afterschool programs and school programs, in a hands-on role that mixes fieldwork, planning, communication and admin.
LocationKamloops, BC, with some involvement in programs in other communities
HoursYear-round, about 30 hours a week on average (proposed), busier in spring and summer
Salary$35,000 to $45,000 a year, based on experience
