What This Deposit Does
A $500 CAD deposit holds your spot in the group. Spots are limited to 12 women, so once they're gone, they're gone.
After you reserve, we'll be in touch to schedule a short call with Andrea or Stacey. This isn't a formality. It's a real conversation about the retreat, what you're hoping to get out of the week, and whether this group and this pace are the right fit for you. If either of us feels it isn't, your deposit is refunded in full, no questions asked.
Once we've connected, you're locked in and the countdown to Costa Rica officially starts.
Pricing
Your deposit locks in the price tier that's active the day you book:
Early Bird: $3,721 CAD — Ends August 7, 2026
Regular: $4,005 CAD — Standard pricing once Early Bird closes
Final Call: $4,289 CAD — Last few spots before the group is full
The price shown at checkout reflects the current tier. All prices are per person and include double occupancy accommodation, all meals, canyoning and zip-lining, whitewater rafting, a mountain bike ride at CATIE, a coffee tour, a traditional lunch at a historic sugar estate, five hands-on cultural workshops, and all ground transportation within Costa Rica.
Traveling Solo? Want Your Own Space?
Prices above are based on double occupancy. If you'd rather have a room to yourself, you can add a private room upgrade for +$952 CAD. Only 4 private rooms exist for this retreat, so let us know as early as possible if this is important to you.
If you're comfortable sharing and don't have a roommate lined up, no problem. We pair guests thoughtfully, and by the time you land, you won't be rooming with a stranger. If you're booking with a friend and want to room together, just tell us on your call.
The Balance
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure, by December 20, 2026. If you'd rather spread the full cost out over several months instead of two payments, ask about our payment plan when you book. There's no extra cost to use it.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another guest, except in the case of a fit mismatch identified on your screening call, in which case it's refunded in full.
If you cancel more than 90 days before departure, any balance you've paid beyond the deposit is refunded. 60–89 days out, you'll receive a 25% refund or 50% credit of the balance. Inside 60 days, payments are non-refundable, though a 25% credit toward a future program is available. This is also why travel insurance with medical and trip cancellation coverage is required for everyone joining the retreat.
