Coached skills clinics for women 16 and up, from your first trail ride to steep, technical terrain. Spring 2027 Kamloops dates go up in December, and we're bringing one-day clinics to more BC communities.
Our clinics are small, coached sessions where you learn a skill, practise it until it makes sense, and then ride it on real trail. You get feedback on your own riding, not just a demo, and you're grouped with women working on the same things you are.
We build skills in order. Body position and braking come before cornering, and cornering comes before steeper features. That way the hard stuff feels like the next step, not a leap. And because the group rides together, you usually leave with a few new people to ride with too.

Every clinic is split by ability, so the coaching fits where you are right now.
You ride a bike but haven't ridden trails, or you've tried and it felt sketchy. We start at the very beginning.
You ride easy trails and want more control, better braking and less walking.
You ride regularly and want to corner with confidence, handle rougher terrain and start on drops and small jumps.
You want focused coaching on specific skills: steeper, technical lines, bigger features and cleaner technique.
Your coach builds the session around your group. These are the skills we work on, depending on level.
Every format is open to women from brand new to advanced, and groups are split by ability.
A 2-hour clinic after work, focused on one skill like cornering or braking. Come to one, or pick the ones you need.
