Hello everyone,

Safety, while participating in our clinics, is our priority. This page is here to share the precautions that we are currently taking to keep staff and participants safe and help to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Any specific questions can be sent to info@ridingintolife.com.

Everyone is responsible to stay up to date with local and province wide Covid-19 travel policies.

COVID-19 Protocols

To protect the health and safety of our staff and participants, please notify us immediately, and plan to stay home if you feel ill or are exhibiting any of the following symptoms: Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

PRE-CAMP PLANNING

We are working with the local communities and government agencies to abide by the most current local COVID-19 protocols.

Participants will be assigned a group with no more than eight participants and two coaches.

The meet and greet and daily venue location will all be in open outdoor areas.

Our internal protocols are being updated regularly to make sure we're always up-to-date with the latest information and safety measures

All of our venues have locial distancing measures in place so that you can enjoy the experience safely.

NEW STANDARDS FOR HYGIENE

Masks are required when a distance of 3 meters can not be maintained. When at the venue, in larger group settings, on chairlifts, in shuttle vehicles, and briefly while passing others on a trail, have your mask on.

Alcohol-based antiseptic solutions are available at all times.

Food and snacks will be provided in a safe and sanitary manner so that they are only touched by the recipient of the food.

SELF MONITORING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

All staff are trained in how to self-monitor for symptoms.

If a participant shows up with signs of sickness, we will ask them to seek medical attention and not attend the camp.

Do not shake hands, high five or hug. It’s tempting, but please keep the minimum distance.

Social distancing will be maintained whenever possible, according to the recommendations of the PHO of 3 meters.

Coaches will guide each participant to perform their own bike and equipment check. In the event that a coach needs to touch a student’s bike to help with set-up or repair, they will do so at a safe distance from the participant and sanitize properly before and after.

GOVERNMENT APPROVED

Our safety standards exceed the recommendations of the World Health Organization and CDC.
